Hi Mar/Bob! Hope your home sells quickly so you can realize your dream of moving to TV in '13!! That would be exciting! Lots of good information on this site and good people to answer any questions you might have. My husband and I plan to end up in The Villages as soon as we can, though it seems like it is taking forever to become reality instead of just a dream for us.
