The Villages Airport Transportation to Orlando; hassle free, always on time , always dependable, runs on a schedule so if your plane is delayed there is always the next shuttle to catch, probably the safest, they run large bus-type vehicles, has adequate room for everyone's luggage and seats with adequate space to spread out. The only time I'd use something else is if I was arriving too late to make the last pick-up.
They have never let us down in the 15 years we've been using them and that goes back to when the fare was $10 each way or $15 round trip.
