Default Patio villa picket fence
I discovered one of the pieces of hardware that fastens the picket to the rail is missing. The bottom hardware is missing so the picket still hangs in a vertical position and doesn't look like it is not fastened to the rail at the bottom.

I've been to one vinyl fence company, Ace hardware and Home Depot and they could not help me. Does anyone know where I can get this piece of hardware to fasten the picket to the rail? Thanks.
