I hope so, but I can see someone doing the same thing (i.e., a garland) around the back of some seats to "save" them. With Brownwood being new, I hope we can, through the survey, convince TV to put up sign prohibiting saving seats in this manner. If a confrontation occurs, the sign can be pointed out. Again, since Brownwood is new, hopefully, the "always done it this way" attitude will be less.
