Sounds like you have been through the first step of placing a deposit on the lot and receiving a preliminary estimate? We went ahead with the second step and construction has begun. If you can visit the last two weeks on May or in June, we'll be there and would love to meet you! By the way, our driveway is on the right as you face the house, away from you too. Can't wait to get there, dine at Bonifay, and hang out at Paddock Square in Brownwood.
