The new town square is not based on a western theme. My hubby Joe is a Florida "cracker"
which means he was born here. The town square is going to look like the original Florida towns looked when they were covered with cattle and Florida cowboys on them. They used to crack their whips to help move the cattle hence came the nickname "Crackers". Florida actually has a very interesting history. I grew up in WI. so I had a lot to learn becoming a Florida transplant. But I am still a Green Bay Packer Backer fan !!
The town center is supposed to have lots of big oak trees with spanish moss hanging on them like we had in our yard in our our current part of the state Tampa Bay. and Azelas I hear which are beautiful flowering bushes in bloom this time of year as well.They are colored white an dall shades of pink. They love to grow under the big oaks. Hope all is going your way we are right behind you in April.
