Just an update to my previous post - title "Buying experience at DeLuca Toyota" --- After they said to me that since CARFAX showed "air bag deployed" they could not keep and resell the car, dropping my trade in value by 4200, then I negotiated up to only a 2400 drop, Their used car website now has my 2006 toyota sienna for sale, witha free carfax report visible online, which clearly shows my Maryland ownership before moving to Florida, all of my service records, AND, it shows the airbag deployment (which I have service receipts showing it was never deployed). Point is, they lied to me again and put the car on their lot. Check out the worn hole in the floor mat on the driver's side, that wear hole was in my vehicle and they did not even replace it (pretty cheap). Anyone interested in this car it is a GREAT deal, BUT NOT AT THEIR PRICE. Timing belt and serpantine belt replaced, trans fluid changed out, and have been running with synthetic oil since 2006. BUT, They only gave me 11500 for it, and ripped me off another $864 (see my prior post) so in my mind, they only really gave it a trade-in value of 10,636, so keep that in mind when anyone goes to try to buy it.
