It seems rather trivial. We all have been a little hotheaded about some cause we cared dearly about.

If you look at this Professor he hardly sounds like someone who is radical. In fact, Bell's views sound a lot like some of the Tea Party people seem to stand for in some way-- accountability and ethics. Rich white people justice I suppose would be what they were against in Critical Legal Studies.
