If you mean Jack Ryan, then you have your facts wrong. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Ryan_(politician) It looks like that was a newspaper and a radio station that lead the campaign to unseal the divorce records. Ugly politics, yes. But, it does not look like Obama was involved at all. His staffers might have made mistakes in this though.
