After all, Junior was in the White House from 2001 until 2008 and it did not happen in that time period. Both President Obama and Junior were commander in chief of the same military and yet it was NOT under Junior's administration that the Al-Quada leader was finally hunted down and killed. Put two and two together and it looks like there needed to be someone who was more competent than Junior as commander in chief.
