We just got back from TV and had wonderful news. We originally wanted an Iris but due to lot size had to go with a Lily on lot 37 on Dalkieth; when we met with our sales rep this time he told us they just started a stretch option on the bedroom side if the Iris; so by stretching the garage and the bedrooms we got the Iris. I am sooooo excited
we close here in Smyrna in 13 days and it is TV here we come. We will be renting in Duval until the house is built but will be over there regularly. Would love to meet some of you face to face. We are Alan and Helen Wilgus from Chicago then 20 years in the Army moving 16 times then Atlanta area. We are looking forward to being frogs.
