Let's look at the top - Presidents and Presidential candidates where solid proof exists - John Edwards, John Kennedy, Robert Kennedy and Bill Clinton. You should check for windows before starting a 'rock throwing' contest.

I want to also note that sexual misconduct, either real or simply alleged, does not correlate to competence. Presidents Kennedy and Clinton were both good Presidents. The 'pure one', President Carter, was arguably the worst President of the 20th Century.
