Not sure how much we can really do about this horror. Does the United Nations have any really teeth yet to go in there and stop the various humanitarian crimes? Where would the troops come from to enforce the sanctions if the United Nations required some??
I do not know that much about this area of Africa. George Clooney's arrest does make me want to find out more though.
