When we first visited and traveled into Spanish Springs past the 9 oclock bed time for TV.
We walked around the town around 10pm and I oberved the gang bandanas and the speakers were mind numbing thumping out the Rap.
My wife said were outta here! Thats what he is trying to say. That his makes some uncomfortable!
And yes its a public square and they have the right to hang there. And I have the right to not hang there.
