Congrats Tommy! Your day was similar to ours... Listed our house 2 weeks ago here in North Alabama..Had a showing sun and again wed.. offer was made last nite and we got the call this morning with a followup with our Realtor to accept the offer.. Hope the Inspection goes well and we can close on the 30th of April..We will be making a big change going from county living on almost 4 acres to very close living but with so much more to offer in the long run. Hope to see you in the months ahead!
