The gist I got from the stories I've read is that the guy saw Martin and was suspicious. He followed him and the cops, on the 911 call, told him to leave it to THEM. He then complained that the cops always let these kids get away. From that, it sounded like he was determined to DO something.

Look, we're very protective of gun rights here in NH - but this sounds sketchy. It sounds like a proper trial is needed.
