We signed the contract Thurs to accept an offer on our house... Immediately we both have had ups and downs on "Are we doing the right thing"...We just hope we can move forward with common sense as to what to do next. Once the Inspection is complete and we know the final terms we need to shake rattle and roll! Our family is spread all over so we are not leaving family behind, that makes it a bit easier. And my cousin who is nearby is excited about a future place to visit. Once we know the date we plan to return to chat with our Sales Rep. Maybe we can meet some Frogs and Newbies..Would love to get started on meeting everyone. Revisit we think will be sometime middle to end of May.
