My wife and I have moved 14 times in 45 years of marriage. We have given up some beautiful homes in some great places to go elsewhere, always to another beautiful home in another great place. We have left friends everywhere we have been and have the luxury of having great friends in many places we can visit and communicate with. Every move has been nothing but a "moving on and moving ahead" experience. Don't dwell on what you will miss, but dwell on the new things you will experience and the new friends you will make. Life is about change, and adapting and adjusting is one of the things that seperate us from other species, and keeps life interesting and exciting.
