It is just wrong to get on a racial bent here over a tragedy for both parties.

buggyone: You and I agree. However by manner and action Sharpton Obama, et al are making this racial. zimmerman is a miniority whatever that means in today's world and he has black family and friends.
It is not fair to anyone to have an emotional crowd creating an Oxbow Incident mentality. Look what happened in the Casey Anthony matter.
Recall how many cases of murder went unanswered or a number of years and for a number of reasons until a break in the case changed things and the party of interest then became the named suspect and then proceeded to indictment, trial etc. Just because the Sanford Police had not yet arrested Zimmerman doesn 't necessiate that they were in the wrong
Sharpton and Obama wouldserve their purpose better by speaking out against black on black crime rather than use events such as this to bolster their positions. ITS PLAIN TACKY. And these goings on only drive a deeper wedge between the races.
By the way I can't remember when I ever agreed with Geraldo Rivera. However, I actually believe there is truth to his allegations of the "hoodie" as a cause because wearing one especially in warm weather leaves me with the impression that ther person is hiding something in the same manner as a person who covers up his mouth when speaking. Hmmmmmmmm. I am going to get on his website right now and email him and tell him I wholeheartedly agree with his assessment.
