Years ago, I used to buy coconut oil, it wasn't easy to find and had to be ordered from a specialty company. It was pretty expensive, but it did taste good...
Stopped buying it after a while...not sure why.
Now that it seems to be more readily available, maybe it's another oil we could add to our kitchen pantries.
