You might want to speak to Darlene D'Andrea (Darlene.DAndrea@the villages.com. Mobile phone 352-266-0135). She was highly recommended to us; we used her to find our home and we have recommended her to several of our friends who have purchased in The Villages with her help.

The important thing for us was to know what it was going to cost to actually live here - she had everything, and I do mean everything, in writing before we purchased, and she was correct in everything she told us.
