I may have a smaller, less fancy house than what I could get in Stone Creek, but I am so glad we are in TV.

I agree. But, we are slanted. The resale market isn't anywhere near what is in TV. I have an acquaintance who has had their Stonecrest home on the market for two years. It was one of the original models. He begged me to check it out last August when we came down to finalize our plans. Best of luck with your decision.
