Sorry, I for one enjoy seeing the kids "hanging out" at the Square. They can't get in much trouble out in the open under all our "watchful eyes". Brings me back to when I "hung out" at Pop's candy store on Fifth Avenue.
As to the noise; Sumter Landing is a mini-downown, a destination as they say, where young and old, singles and families can gather, shop, eat out, be entertained, walk around and people watch and just have a good time.
Sometimes good times can be very noisey.
As to kids in golf carts GG said it best:
"I do agree that the squirt guns should be used on grandparents who allow youngsters to drive unsupervised or allow them to drive if they are to young to drive cars. EVEN THEN..... It takes quite a while to acclimate anyone to driving in TV. Please take care of your grandchildren so they grow up, get a job and be productive so you can go to them for money."
