Even if they appear to do work and when you inspect and they have still have work to do as proposed, don't pay until all the work is finished. They have hit our 84 yr old neighbor for $1200. They said they need to be paid up front for insurance reasons and all that but left in truck as soon as they got the check and did not return. Do not pay in advance.
