Then you make soups and salads by being creative and making it up as you go along. Anyone can do it.
So true Villages Pl, most of food in restaurants is not healthy... they buy veggies that have been heavily sprayed with pesticides (it's cheaper), and as you probably know, corn & soy products, including oil, high fructose sweeteners, etc., are genetically modified (GMO) and may be causing many of the diseases afflicting many people. Thanks for speaking out, VP, this is an important issue.
