I did not want to comment on the complaints until/unless I actually
could write after seeing the problem. I did see the area that is being complained about and can't understand why Community Watch, Janet Tutt's
org or someone can't do anything about it as there are obvious violations of deed restrictions. It is not necessary to go over all of the alleged eye sores and there are quite a few. Given what I saw I would suggest the neighbors attend the next District CDD meeting and bring a petition to get some resolution from the CDD reps. Also, would call on Janet Tutt and demand, (not ask) for some serious attention to your issues. It will be interesting to see if they have the courage to take action and enforce the deed restrictions if they are being violated.
