Regarding the request that after seeing the property that I identify what I did not like or were deed restrictions. Under normal circumstances I would do that however there are so many that enjoy being negative, will not add to the discussion but add snyde remarks, shoot the messenger, etc that I would have to be crazy to give a specific opinion as to what I think are alleged violations or neighborhood eye sores. If someone wants to understand the condition go see the property for yourself and not rely on someone else and then attack them for "opinions". I continue to think that if the neighbors believe it is an eye sore or in violation of deed restrictions they should go to the next CDD meeting, call Community Watch, make a call on Janet Tutt, etc and that should/will take care of their concerns.
