Dealer has been very helpful but who knows if this will be ultimate solution or do I simply have a "lemon" 
Question? anyone had similar experience, possible solutions? or cause?

Hello Score - what operating system are you using? I have had similar problems with VISTA - moved over to Windows 7 and, presto - no more problems.
