TWO WOLVES
One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.
He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all.
"One is Evil - It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
"The other is Good - It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."

Do you feel this tremendously warm squeezy type hug, Duffy's mom? You have such a kind heart. I try not to feed my evil one either.
The more you watch news on Television, the more you feel angry, sad, worried, and don't sleep. You forget to enjoy the good. The folks on TV are paid to get your attention and hold your attention and get you all riled up. It doesn't help ANYTHING. I read some news. If I feel my blood pressure rising, I lay the paper down. Getting all upset doesn't help anything.
And I try to impact the area of the world I live in as well as I can. And I hope and pray and wish for the best in people who have influence.
