I saw the Easter Bunny hopping around the driveway of my neighbor directly across the street. Yes, it was a real rabbit hopping right up to the front door. I watched him for several minutes.
When my three children were little, we visited my parents for Easter one year. The Easter baskets were put by the front door early in the morning before they woke up. As they were waking up, my father opened the front door and started exclaiming "Look, there goes the Easter Bunny. Everyone come and see.". Of course, the children all ran to the door as Grandfather continued to point outside trying to show the children where the Easter Bunny had gone. I, too, was "looking" for the Easter Bunny, but "missed" seeing him. There was much excitement for the rest of the day as the children were so excited that Grandfather had seen the Easter Bunny.
Well Daddy (Grandfather), today I saw the Easter Bunny too.
