), was to not buy on any open land. We looked at many lots that currently look out over the cow/horse pasture on 466a. We looked at a nice lot that is on an outside golf course (Lake Miona) and we also looked at a few in that Duval area. But you can not be sure what will be built. Do I feel bad that their house view has been altered? Sure. Do I think it is legally actionable or reprehensible? No.
