I had a friend at the U of NV Reno, Tom, who was a fellow Philosophy student who would sometimes try to get me in trouble and always seemed to have something going on that could keep him in hot water. He tried to pick up a woman at Mustang Ranch no less. She was not a prostitute though. He wound up being stabbed six times by a jealous boyfriend of the women he tried to pick up. The last time I saw him in person there was a married woman--not to him-- waiting for me to leave after I popped in on him to see how he was healing after the 6 stab wounds. Another time another jealous man fixed his truck so that the engine fell out of the truck and into the street after my friend drove it a few yards onto the highway.



I would still be interested in Tom's adventures even today despite whatever kind of problems he still could be ensnared in.
