From"Appliance Researcher". I deleted your message (sorry). I can tell you I love my GE Cafe electric stove and microwave. It is truly a big step up from the other models. While looking at them both online and where I could actually see a model, I was sold. But I always really like my last GE stoves/microwave built-in units. The lines on the Cafe are really nice...The Samsung fridge we saw at HomeDepot, and we saved $500 by buying it online. (on just the fridge). Anyway, stay away from GE disposal units...our plumber told us we would be yanking it out in no time, so we followed his advice and resold it on TOTV and bought an Insinkerator. Quiet, extremely quiet. So, longstoryshort....we purchased stove, microwave, fridge from USappliance.com. Also, we opted for the 'white gove' delivery service, which means, they unpack, you inspect, and they take away all the crap packaging. The Kitchenaid dishwasher came from on online service as well, since these guys did not carry KA. Exact name I do't remember, but the phone is 800-299-9470. Same deal, no tax, no delivery charge. You can get their website by calling the number. As far as service, well, all service sucks anyway, so my experience has always been that you call GE and they send our a serviceman, warranty is always factory, not store anyway. With KA, well, I have had two KA dishwasher..the first lasted 20 years no problems, the second we left when we sold, and it was already running 15 years with no problems......Have not yet bought washer/dryer, but I believe I will go with a high end Whirlpool, since I have done some research already. No gas hookup on our homesite. We are in Santiago. And yes, my kitchen is fantastic!!!
