Gary Stein Case: Judge Won't Block Discharge Effort Against Marine Who Called Obama 'Enemy'

I can understand that soldiers on active duty should have their rights to free speech limited because of their jobs and national security but this seems to be going a little too far?

It does look like a stupid thing to do-- to post comments against your Commander-in-Chief (CIC) on Facebook which also include a statement that you will not follow his orders. Except how many low level soldiers actually get orders from the CIC?? I see that he is a Sergeant in the Marine Corps.
