Of course you have a choice for participating in the program. In fact, you have a perfect opportunity now that you are 62 (from your TOTV profile) to show us all what what a fool you are by simply not applying for Social Security now that you're becoming eligible. Or, apply and we'll know what a hypocrite you are.
