Maybe, but if you have watched Downton Abbey the management is usually done by one of these "servants". Not sure how this really works as I have never been in this position but would bet that most of the personnel mundane stuff-- which a middle manager in the business world would handle--is handled by someone akin to a butler. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butler
