When we were looking for a lot in November of 2009 the Village of Bonita was already pretty well built and by March of 2010 they decided to fill up all the empty lots with spec houses. The Village of Pennecamp was also available but looked like a series of paved streets thru a desert wasteland.
I tried to tell my wife that someday it would be as lovely as Bonita but she just couldn't imagine it.
