Default Zimmerman prosecution looking incompetent.

Noted defense attorney and Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz, blasts the prosecution team on the Zimmerman murder trial of having evidence “so thin that it won’t make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge … everything in the affidavit is completely consistent with a defense of self-defense.”

Further, he said if the prosecution had access to the newly released photo showing the bloodied head of Zimmerman and didn’t mention it in the affidavit, that would constitute a “grave ethical violation,” since affidavits are supposed to contain “all relevant information.” He said it borders on perjury, as suppressing "an important part of the truth is a lie".

Why would the State of Florida presenting a case that may make them look very stupid with the whole country watching? It doesn't seem the state is playing by the rules.
