There can be no amenity fee raises above the CPI. It is in the deed restrictions. All they are doing is trying to cap the amenity fees at $150. I have been here since 2001 and I have gone from $105 to $129. It will take me a while to get to the $150 cap if they set it at that.

The ones that win are those that signed and agreed to the CPI raise and going to be capped early.

I think that the big problem is what is going to happen after there is a loss of income to the amenity fund by the capping of the fees. I think that the original plan for amenity fees was okay. Why do you want to change it?

Is your problem that some are paying less then you? Or that down the line someone will pay more than you?

As TV grows so does the expenses.

Think about it and pay your fair share.
