I recently read an article (Mayo Clinic newsletter?) that stated the danger of cleaning your grill with a wire brush. Evidentially the little wires can stick to the grill and transfer to meat which will cause some serious trouble in the intestines. Who knew...... Anyway after
I clean the grill with the above wire brush I spray a paper towel with Pam and rub the grill until I'm sure all those little thingees are gone. Just call me Heloise.
