A certain church group came to town every year and the manager told me he had a hard time with the women wrapping meats in napkins and putting it in their purses.
He solved the problem by charging an extra breakfast for the table and when they complained he said it was for the 'take out' meal in their purses.
If they denied it he would offer the meals free if they would open the purses.
After a day or to the freeloading pretty much stopped.
