It is my nature to give people the benefit of the doubt, but when you see it again and again, it gets increasingly more difficult to do.

The Sweet Tomatoes incidents I mentioned above are the perfect example. When I first saw people taking from the special toppings section and then deny taking from special toppings, I made excuses for them too. I thought Sweet Tomatoes was just making a poor business decision because it was too easy for someone to unwittingly take the special toppings and not know there was an additional charge. But when I see folks actually reading the sign, taking the toppings, and then denying it, I can no longer make excuses for them.
