Congrats B and D!

We just came home from our LSV and we're putting our house on the market this week. A good friend of ours in northern New Jersey who is in real estate told us over the weekend that the market is starting to pick up in a big way.

I hope it is in the mid south also.

Good luck! If you buy new, nice lots in Fernandina are available!!
