I sure hope that more folks will add to this thread, as I find it totally shocking and I honestly want somebody to show me where I am mis reading, mis understanding or whatever because I cannot believe that somebody would spend so much time offering up the Buffit plan which is and always was a sham and then try to sneak something by us that will cost about 20% of what the great Buffet plan was to save, FOR WHAT PURPOSE.

"The money is to come from funds that Health and Human Services is allowed to use for “demonstration projects.” But to make it legal, HHS has to pretend that it’s doing an “experiment” to study the effect of this money on the insurance market.

That is, to “study” what happens when the government doesn’t change anything but merely continues a program that’s been going on for years.
