My dream is to be allowed by the Grand PU Pa to replace my lawn with beautiful rocks and ground cover as well as drought resistant plants. I'm tired of feeding the lawn, pouring tons of water and pestisides into the ground only to find out that I'm providing a very expensive bathoom for my neighbors' dogs.
Seriously if allowed I'm sure that we would have some beautiful, creative yards like they have in Arizona.
