I have one attached to the side of my house which is on a corner lot that leaves it exposed to the public. Have placed furniture, hung flowers, plantd jasmine to grow up the two main poles (attached to house on other end.) A winding paver walkway leads from our lanai door to the pergola, also pavers on it. Pergola built by Pergola Kings and landscaping and pavers by Villages Palms.
