the trash containers at the
postal facilities. The trash containers
are a convenience for
residents to discard junk mail –
not for doggie poop.
The District will be putting
signs on the trash containers
stating “No Pet Waste.” If people
continue to put pet waste
in the trash containers, the
District will need to consider
alternatives such as removal
of the trash containers. This
unfortunately would penalize
the majority due to the actions
