Thats just catolog service, plus your putting your name out there for other companies to send you something.. I think what they are really referring to, is the junk mail we get on a daily basis, such as free dinners to seminars, (sometimes a dozen in one week) car dealerships etc, etc, etc. What we see as junk mail today, is really revenue for the Postal Service. They need all the junk mail they can get!!!!! hehehe The Postal Service does not forward "junk mail", so my initial suggestion is when you are having your mail forwarded, fold a piece of cardboard into mail box, with the the words "Temporary Forwarding" facing the Letter Carrier, so they can't put any mail in box.
