Here's a list of 38 of these from the "Adrian Monk" wikipedia article:

Germs (mysophobia)
Needles (trypanophobia)
Milk (galactophobia)
Death (necrophobia)
Snakes (ophidiophobia)
Mushrooms (mycophobia)
Heights (acrophobia)
Crowds (demophobia or enochlophobia)
Elevators
Disorder (ataxophobia)
Dark (nyctophobia), only when he doesn't know when it will end
Enclosed spaces (claustrophobia)
Dirt (molysmophobia or rupophobia)
Spiders (arachnophobia)
Driving
Bullies
Fire (pyrophobia)
Puppets (pupaphobia)
Tap Water (hydrophobia)
Noises (ligyrophobia)
Touching (aphephobia)
Feet (podophobia)
Flying (aviatophobia)
Beautiful women (caligynephobia) (except for Trudy), shown in Mr. Monk and the Blackout
Imperfection (atelophobia)
Dogs (cynophobia)
Cats (ailurophobia)
Rabbits
Monkeys
Bridges (gephyrophobia)
Public Speaking (Glossophobia) - Despite this he has been seen to talk in public, such as during the episode Mr. Monk Goes to a Wedding
Flies (entomophobia)
Slime (blennophobia or myxophobia)
Tetracycline (not actually a phobia, but a severe allergy, as revealed in Mr. Monk Goes to the Hospital)
Rivers (potamophobia)
Tunnels
Caves (speluncaphobia)
Monk has called his fear of dentists (dentophobia) one of his fears that are so far above his other fears that they are in a class of their own, outside of his "top ten" fears.

I have some of those. Public speaking, needles, heights, etc.
Wonder why there are no words for fear of tunnels, bullies, rabbits, elevators, bullies, weddings and monkeys?

Been watching some of the Monk reruns on various channels. Sure do miss this show. Do not see much of the stars of Monk that much either.
