I am in the market to refi our 2 year mortgage on our CYV. Looking at past threads on this topic, and there are few, there has been little discussion since late 2010. Has anybody refi'ed lately and if so who did you use. I've received quotes from the locals, BB&T & Citizens but there rates and closing costs seem high to those advertized by online and other FL companies. I could roll in the closing costs to the mortgage amount but do not want to pay for those costs over the term of the loan. Any suggestions would be helpful at this time.
